Management Development Programmes

made product. Active8 offer a free consultancy and design service

CONSULTANCY
As well as our free design service to clients, Active8
have a professional team of qualified consultants available to
assist with your specific training & development needs. We
constantly update our delivery methods so as to ensure we are
using the most effective means to get the message across. As you
would expect our trainers make full use of Power Point presentations
and digital feedback when appropriate.
Diagnostic tools are also used as appropriate to enable learning
to take place. These interventions last between ½ day and
2 days depending on the depth of the study. We have staff licensed

Considers the different roles within work groups
and enables teams to consider both strengths and weaknesses. Enables
both self- perception and feedback from peer group. Can be used
for selection and counselling reports

Measures the ability to lead and manage teams. Provides
feedback on competences from subordinates. Allows a comparison
between self- perception and company objectives by considering
task, people and organization.
